  • i know it's just that I really dont know how many calories I would burn lifting because sessions vary so much e.g. legs compared to arms, as do sets and reps. Also i'm fairly sure they got my base metabolic rate wrong (ie no exercise input), presumably because thats elevated by regular exercise

  • goals they give are always a horrible idea to go off, mine is about 700cal wrong
  • depending on bf%, most likely, categorically not enough. granted im taller but im 6'3 185lbs at like 9% and my maintenance is around 3.1k so anything below about 2400 is pushing it. EDIT: *pushing it for me as i diet down
