I have PCOS and I have been told and read that it is harder to lose weight, but it is possible. I have heard you should really cut back on carbs. Every person is different, so don't give up. Eventually you will see results!

Everyone is different. Maybe re-evaluate what how much you are working out and what you are eating. Those pounds are stubborn, but don't give up.

I keep 100 calorie snacks, fruit & hard sugar free candy in my desk.

I usually grab a 100 calorie snack or fruit before bed...works for me.

When I have a chocolate craving, I grab a package of Nabisco 100 calorie chocolate covered pretzels. It usually does the trick for me. If I still want chocolate after that, I drink water and, for some reason, that seems to take away my craving.
