I really struggle with this and I usually try to drink water and come on MFP to keep me busy. I also make sure to leave some cals for a snack in evening as I know I will want something so might as well plan it in that way I don't grab just anything and eat over my limit. Try to keep strong!!!

Hey there. I'm 33 busy working mother of three, 8,6 and 2. I have been at battling losing weight since about 1 1/2 years ago with many ups (lost 80plus lbs) and downs (just had recent gain of 20) but always doing my best to never give up its great having all the support we can get. I can't answer all your questions but know that Drs usually have guidelines they give patients that state how much you should weigh and how long you need to sustain that weight before they will do surgery. But there's many Drs with various standards so my advice is to lose as much as you can healthily lose until your…

I love insanity workouts and have lost quite a bit, increased my cardio and toned with it. They are tough though but that's why I like them I suppose!

Binges suck period but way to go or logging it! You owned it...now move on like it never happened. Important thing is to make sure you don't make it a habit cause that is how you will see the gains. Hang in there!

I still have much of those thoughts and far from perfect (just started my program again after a hiatus and binging!) but will tell you that I am much much happier when I'm working towards what I want...and part of that is losing weight and getting fit. It kinda sounds like scar tissue problem under the skin and if that's the case then only way to fix is if they go back in and correct it.
