Twirling unicorn tacos? I'd try two of them at once! :drinker:

Anything involving detoxification. Contrary to popular belief, I am NOT irradiated. I just have a natural glow. :flowerforyou:

Nine out of ten scientific studies concluded that unicorn bacon is indistinguishable from unicorn poop.
-
Exactly this. This is why we are friends.

You had me at boobs. :drinker:

Carb blockers? That's a real thing? :noway:

I took a shirtless before pic with my phone and I was going to email it to myself but I didn't because I was terrified that I might accidentally send it to someone else. :noway:

Why does it always have to be made by a man? Why couldn't a woman possibly have made it?!

I ended up watching the "The Snowmen" episode after I had already seen all the other episodes. I wish I had seen "The Snowmen" earlier because some of the Season 7 episodes would have made more sense. Heck it wouldn't have been as confusing as why the doctor was looking for Clara in "The Bells of Saint John." So I'm hoping…

I don't like Brussels sprouts but I wouldn't call them disgusting since I know others like them.

I'd be interested to know what the difference is as well.

I hope this doesn't sound awkward, but I'm bookmarking your profile.

Please understand that sometimes it is impossible to avoid acquiring an erection. And therefore, the easiest solution for everyone involved is to just ban women.

That sounds like one awesome milkshake! :drinker:

Don't worry guys, I'll keep the hope alive !!!

Well said, I enjoyed reading your post. :)

Good on you!! This is one of the best posts I've seen here. Great job!! :)

If that were true, then for most of human history, "cleaning eating" would have let to starvation.

Think logically for a second. Even if it wasn't your intention, when you're using terms like "clean eating" you're implying that there is such a thing as "dirty eating." So it shouldn't be surprising that the term will ruffle some feathers.

Yup, As I've mentioned before, I found out that my favorite pizza in Chicago had 700+ calories a slice, so even when I "only" ate three slices it was a large amount of calories. That said, if I plan ahead and incorporate appropriate sufficient exercise, I can still enjoy that pizza once in a while.

There is no need to bear the heavy cross of clean eating just yet. Give it a couple months first.
-
So you pretty much just wanted to post in an echo chamber with others who agree with your approach and cheer you on with no real objective discussion. If that's what you want, there are groups dedicated to "clean eating" such as this: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/133-clean-eating-group Good luck!

If you are certain that you can indefinitely continue the dietary changes you are making and make them lifestyle changes as opposed to just a "diet" then you are on your way to a healthy lifestyle and that's all there is to it.
-
Exactly. I've run across so many people who make sudden dietary changes, sound like born again nutritionists, and thumb their nose at things they used to eat just last week (processed foods, carbs, sugars, etc are the devil !!!). Their new diet is not sustainable and they end up regaining all the weight. Then they start…

I am a big fan of clean eating. For example, if an apple falls on the floor, I will pick it up, and clean it before eating.
