You have an excellent point. Maybe I will change my choice from Skyrim to Oblivion after all! :drinker:

It's excellent advice. It's just missing an inverter or not gate after it.

Come up with a plan that you can do for the long term. For example, I know I could never continue low carbs or other restrictive diets for a long duration, so I never attempted them. I like to keep it simple. I just use the MFP calorie goals. I try to stay under the calorie goals and try to meet the minimum fat and protein…

The advantage of a fast food diet is that it should be REALLY easy to log calories, etc. The most you'd have to do is weight things like fries where they could be some variability.

That is an awesome article!

I am just curious. If you don't mind me asking, why delete the old account and create a new one?

As long as you don't have insulin sensitivity or other metabolic issues and you have a daily caloric deficit, there is nothing wrong with sugar.

Don't forget the swamp. ;)

The Elder Scrolls world (Skyrim) Edit: They drink mead and fight dragons. What else would I want?

I've found a lot of pretty good frozen meals in Sprouts market (and Trader Joes) including many from Amy's brand. I like them and I can meet my daily maximum sodium intake on most days. That's just my preference.

Worrying about calories is enough for me. Provided that I am under a calorie deficit and minimum fat and proteins are met, I don't care too much about carb intake.

My wife and I exercise together most of the time and it works for us. :)

Body does not recognize but someone transforms it into fat. Yeah, that's a first for me.

Dr. Poon diet? Shut up and take my money!

Is the topic anyone ages 20-30, or anyone in their 20s and 30s meaning 20-39. Very confusing indeed!

Fat burner? Burnt out? There's a lot of burning goes on. Seriously, just take a day or two of rest. It's most likely fatigue coupled with the heat/humidity. And forget about the green tea fat burners.

I used to stay up all night and then fall dead asleep before the plane even took up, completely sleep through the takeoff, and wake up with only a few hours until we reached Tokyo.
-
Yup!

Thanks for the reply. Looks like I misinterpreted your comment from the video. What you said now makes much more sense.

You said in one of your videos that intermittent fasting was something you found helpful. How much caloric deficiency was there in those 'fasting' days and how often did you do it?
-
People also want to believe that they have access to knowledge that others don't, whether that is "one weird trick that will help with weight loss" or the power of lemons.
-
sure
-
Exactly. Throughout human history, most people survived only because of those "poisons" (carbs, including breads, rice, potatoes, etc).
-
I guess that'll work if your calorie intake is at an adequate level to begin with so you wouldn't have to add calories.

Speaking of "broscience", when I first started posting in this forum, I had no idea what SideSteel and others were harping on. I thought they were attacking strawmen since obviously "broscience" was a made up thing and no one would actually make such arguments. I just want to say, I was wrong.
