I take my food scale to the restaurant, separate each item into my special weight bowls, measure the calories of everything and cut each item into an exact portion, mix everything up together and eat after I log everything. Not really. :wink:

That's preposterous. No one can explode from eating too many carbs! That's just not correct. Everyone knows what really happens if you eat too many cards is that you asplode.

I forgot to answer the second question: How long did it take? Exactly 100 days. How did u do it? By eating the same stuff I was eating before but in smaller portions (non restrictive diet). Added some cardio exercise and light weight lifting and that was it for me.

LOL I was thinking the exact same thing! It's funny because it was my 100th day recently and I have lost exactly 2 stones. Of course I still have 2.5 stones left to go!!

I could never eat balut.
