I'm a clean eating Vegan. Raw nuts, seeds (hemp especially), grains, beans, Tempeh and Tofu are excellent souces of plant based protein! Feel free to ask me any questions. :-)

Sometimes I brew coffee the night before and put it in the fridge over night and the next morning I pour it in a cup with ice and put either almond milk or coconut milk flavored creamer in it. So good!
