I got you smoked

I still don't think I conveyed my true anger over this. I have SEC fatigue, but now I have 3 new favorite teams in the SEC west. I hope his decline is spectacular.
-
:explode: Complete BS coming from the "old" powerhouses :explode: that can't adapt in the guise of "player saftey." The evidance is actually the other way, faster plays = tired players = smaller faster players = less violent collisions = healthier teams. Chip kelly goes to the NFL and all of a sudden, his team has the…

And it that doesn't work, you may have to make an example out of someone.

I'm looking for 2 things to evaluate your work out. Compound exercises and equal amounts of push/pull exercises (meaning you aren't strengthening front and not back kinda thing), which I think this workout does pass. I would suggest that you have 3 or 4 different variations of each exercise to ensure you are targeting…

Thats why when I have a beer, its the best beer in the place.

Hey, now. I only read what I think I read!! :embarassed:

I consider weight lifting as normal part of my TDEE and don't eat any of it back.
-
I love my boneless skinless chicken thighs shreaded by being cooked in the crockpot. I could eat it at every meal.

And make sure you get your protien. About 1gr per 1 lbs of LBM.

@cwolfman13, sonofabeach14, RGv2: I guess I'm out of touch and have a different mentality than the general population here. Not the first time, nor the last. I see Rachel's win as a sports contest (Sports, the original Reality TV!!) and put her into a category with all other athletic competitions. Football, basketball,…

So, how is it different for all the examples I gave? Why is she a villian and Anderson Silva or GSP or Ronnie Coleman or Jay Cutler are heros? Where are all the threads on Rousey weighing in and how she's unhealthy? I don't care that she used every effective method there is to get her weight down for a 60 minute show. I…

Sure, it's "not healthy," but that's not the point of the contest. Just like fighters, BBers, models, and any other profession that cuts weight to make a certain apperance or weight for their sport/contest. Again, what is her weight 24 hours after the contest? 72 hours? 1 week? 2 weeks? Why are judging her "not healthy"…
-
How is this any different than a wrestler or MMA fighter cutting weight for a fight? She prbably did all the bobybuilding tricks to dehydrate and I would guess she gained 10 lbs with in 10 hours of that show (but no one wants to ask those questions.)
-
haters going to hate. Just show her by example.
-
Stay on target, stay on target!! It will come, you may need to do a bulk period, then cut again, but you can do it.

Well, deep down he's a really good doctor. He just sold out.

It’s hard to explain, and I'm still learning how to do this better. Not engaging my core during my heavy lifting is a factor in how I hurt myself. For squats, Deadlifts and any exercise that I'm loading weight onto my back, I visualize my body as 2 pillars, front and back, I naturally put all my weight on my back and…

Ahh... they are painful to do... duh!! Legs day today. Going to focus on deads today. Its going to be awesome make all that noise in the gym.

I was told to take 2 quick "in" breaths then 2 quick "out" breaths making an "in in out out" pattern. Its hard to convey the time of it in writing, but it takes about 1-1.5 seconds to complete that sequence. Now, that didn't work for me, but an "in in slow out" did.

start off with little changes, and give yourself 10-20 days to see results, then adjust. You appear lean in your picture, and I don't know what your final goal is, but as you get closer to very lean to shread, your diet needs to be more exact.
-
At some point your workouts become part of your TDEE and don;t worry about adding back the calories. The calories your eating back are putting you close to a maintanence/recomp zone. I just glanced at your diary (2 days), but your fats look a little low. An easy way to pump them up slighty without a major diet change is…

Have to find out what doesn't work before you know what does work!! Best wishes on your journey.

Go in there and own your work out. And continue to own it, people won't care. Wear something confortable and functionable.
-
Again, Why? 58gr of fats should be looked at like a min, not a max. Going over it shouldn't be an issue, UNLESS, she’s going from very lean to shredded, or she's hungry at the end of the day (since fats have over 2x the calories per gram that carb/proteins.) Fats are vital to the body to break down and process the…

Try a lifting program. stronglifts 5/3/1 new rule for lifting for men. Or go to bodybuidling.com and look at their programs. Best of luck on your journey!! ETA: I'm not a person to say that you are working out too much. Do as much as you can handle and enjoy. If its too much. cut what isn't meeting goals.

I'm currently playing SWTOR. Madden 12 before that, and all the COD/MOH before that.
-
Its only a problem if she's still hungry, causing her to eat more. Low carbs, high protien, high/med fats has been a proven way to lose weight.

concussion protocal from the NFL more or less is get through the day without symtoms, then light cardio w/o symtoms, then more intenese activity w/o symtoms. And they do all the pre and post tests, that I assume you haven't done. Article from the Mayo clinic.…

My work out cycle an 8 day routine with days 4 and 8 as rest days. Rest days doesn't = laying in your bed all day and doing nothing. I would qualify yoga as an active rest activity.* So, an easy jog (at talking pace) + an arobics DVD shouldn't stress your body too much. @Freddi - depends on how long you've been working out…
