I am a stay at home mom and never get time to myself. I try to get 80 minutes in 5 days a week. I take my kids for a bike ride I have a pull behind trailer for my 2 younger ones and my 8 year old son rides his bike. You can add me. Im a stay at home mom of 3 kids age 8 4 and 2. Im trying to lose 40 lbs. I dont have anytime to myself so i have been trying to take them out bijing and walking most everyday for as long as they can stand it and after the park. Hope this is helping a little bit!

I need Motivation too. I need to lose 40 by may or June. Need friends in the same boat I myself and 5'2 and 150lbs the heavest i ever been was 104 before my child bearing years. Lets motavate each other add me :)
