Keep going! Its hard and it sucks sometimes, but you are going to come out of this a stronger, more accomplished person! Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels... and our bodies where made to move!!! I get it! Over the last few days Ive cheated myself with food. But the point still stands, when you cut back by nearly 2000 calories and add excercise, there should be loss, not gain. I know Ive been putting crappy things in my mouth and that does hinder me, but its the principle that Ive cut back MAJORLY on how I used to eat, and have been adding excercise everyday. Going from around 3-4000 calories a day to 1400 and exercising daily HAS to help.

I know the feeling.. A regular bra and sports bra still had the girls going all willy nilly during the jumping jacks.. Ace bandages and duct tape are next I guess lol! I feel like there needs to be more cardio, so I will add that on my own! Good luck! everyone!!

Id be slightly discouraged going now, so Id rather wait until Im at a more managable weight and have a little more running stamina before I try to PT with the big dogs lol but thanks for the tip! The recruiter is still a few pounds down the road!

I was in cheerleading and tried to do a new tumbling pass and wound up dislocating my knee and tearing tissue and all sorts of bad stuff. I was overweight.. but still very active..
