No matter how fast or slow you're going...
You are still lapping everyone thats sitting on their couch!! Just some food for thought- sometimes I get down on myself about not being able to run really fast or really far, but I keep pushing because Ive certainly gone a lot further than I did just sitting down!! Hope this inspires! :)
