10 cups of water - YES!!! Under Calories - YES!!! 45 Minutes of exercise - Only did 30 on the elliptical (that kicked my butt), but shopped til I dropped for the rest of the day! =)

I did pretty good today! =) 12 cups of water - started pushing it right as soon as I woke up and did it!
