according to mfp I'm not eating enough fat. im not sure how to get more fat into my diet and stay healthy. i try to plan out my day the night before and i try to eat a lot of fruits and veggies, in doing this i seem to take in a lot of sugar and fiber and not a lot of protein or fats. any suggestions?

I am a full time student that works two jobs so I have very little free time. I try to go to the gym at least every other day and most of the time I go almost every day. The problem is eating right. I don't have a lot of money or time. I would love to be able to cut out all of the junk but when I get home from everything…

mfp says that i should have 29 grams of sugar a day and I keep going over. I've already cut out things like cookies (not easy) and I love eating fruit but it's full of sugar. I can eat two pieces and i'm already over my sugar for the day. Any suggestions?
