  • Checking in! Started P90X3 two weeks ago but been constantly missing out Fridays and Saturdays due to busyness. And I haven't been keeping up with eating right on the weekends! I'm 22/ 5"6"/a guy/143lb - I do have a slight belly (but not obese). - Goal is to get toned overall and especially some abs! Any results so far…
