I love my fitbit HR for both the step counts and the HR monitor to calculate calories burned. I feel like its faily accurate on how many caolories you burn as eat back my calories burned through excerise in order to meet my calories goal for the day and I've been losing weight

Feel free to add me. I typically eat around 1400-1500 a day but burn 200-300 in excerise to net 1200

This. Also, I lost inches without losing weight for 4-5 weeks and then suddenly lost 4 pounds.

I love my Fitbit Charge HR. The heart rate monitor on it makes all the difference for me, I like being able to view my workout to see where my heartrate was throughout the workout and how many calories I burned. I also do step challenges with coworkers and definetly get more steps in during the day just in pure motivation…

I also have 40+ lbs to lose, feel free to add me so we can support one another

I have a desk job so I get my 10,000 steps in by walking for 30 minutes on my lunch break and taking a short walk around the building every hour

Plenty of veggies with every meal. You get a lot of veggies for a small amount of calories

I just got a FitBit Charge HR in the past week and love seeing my heart rate during workouts

I feel nausous if I eat a lot in the morning so I have a make a protein shake every day and it works for me. I use 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop of greenwise chocolate protein powder, 2 tablespoons of PB2 and 1/2 a banana.

I love eating paleo, I started 4 weeks ago from the advice of BOTH my doctor and personal trainer. I've dropped a fair amount of weight in those 4 weeks and also FEEL better which is the important thing.

I think people have noticed and just haven't said anything. It's awkward to comment on someone's weight so I know a lot of people just don't say anything at all

I make my own pizzas with Flat-Out light wraps as the crust...get my fix but a lot less calories

Having a cheat day works very well for me. My personal trainer recommended for 2 reasons 1) you'll eat better the other 6 weeks knowing you can cheat one day and 2) after eating well for 6 days and then eating junk you'll feel crappy and want healthy food. Personally, I don't cheat the entire day - just one meal on my…

I'm doing keto and I love it! I've lost 5lbs in a week and a half. I also feel better and don't have food cravings like I used to.

Personally, I loose more when I do a mixture of cardio and strength excerices than if i strictly do cardio. There are a lot of body weight excerices you can do anywhere/anytime.

Just eat when you're hungry.

Depends on the day. Some days I don't eat any of the calories back and other days I treat myself to a small amount of ice cream or glass of wine with the calories I burned

Green Smoothie

exactly what I was going to say :)

Fit it in when you can.

Can't live without my Vitamix!
-
Stretching with a foam roller helps me the most
-
I log it as strength training

Not necessary but I will admit that my Fitbit keeps me motivated. Seeing the data throughout the day of number of steps and number of stairs, encourages me to walk more.

I prefer group classes or walking with a friend. If I work out alone, I get bored quickly and find myself staring at the clock. With group classes, the instructor keeps me on my toes and I'm too busy following along to focus on the clock. I also find that I push myself harder when other people are around.

My plan is to eat what i want, enjoy some drinks and have a carefree day with my friends. Its one day and I want to enjoy it. Next day, back to the grind.
