Quakers Chocolate Rice Cakes with cool whip & fresh strawberries on top. Or, PB2 Powder & bananas on top. I also love Triscuits (low sodium kind) with a babybel wedge & some fresh grapes. Can't ever go wrong with a few almonds or brazil nuts here & there, either. (:

I like to get the fettuccine-shaped quinoa pasta noodles & once cooked, mix them with some shaved asparagus or zucchini. After that I like to add some more fresh veggies into my low-sodium marinara sauce & maybe have a turkey sausage (italian-style) on the side w/some broccoli florets as another! Yum!

I like to refer to those people as health nazis. This site is chock-full of 'em, it's quite comical. I eat from 1200-1300 a day & that is ~A LOT~ of food when you are eating very clean. If I just so happen to eat a few extra hundred because I decide to splurge a bit then it's whatever. It won't & has yet to derail me from…
