Everyone has offered great advise, I would just like to add to it all that you up your healthy fats and definitely up the veggies! It is great and healthy and you will can get pretty full on a bunch of cooked greens. Good luck!

I hear Soy is not too great for hormones. I also believe protein from animal sources tend to be more beneficial. What about Goat's milk? Almond milk is okay, just make sure it does not have Carageenan in the added ingredients. Linked to cancer but some companies use it as a preservative.
