  • Absolutely love this program - you work so hard in just 25 minutes. I have lost lot of inches with this program. I am have only a week and a half left! It goes by very quickly. And the modifier is wonderful!
  • I am doing both as well and I find its tricky. I use a heart rate monitor to keep my calories burned accurate, and then I add in the ingredients for my juice to keep that accurate. Its a bit of work, but well worth it to keep track! Lost 3.5 lbs this week!

  • I also agree. It could be any number of things such as not eating enough, eating the wrong food at the wrong time of day and not changing your routine at all - your body can get so used to the same food and exercise every day - shake things up a little and make sure you eat enough!
