I wouldn't calculate just normal weight lifting calories as the fact that you have to follow the rhythm with the repetitions kind of adds this cardio element to it and it makes it harder.

Hey all I'm a 23 year old student looking to lose around 10 kilos /20 pounds. I managed in the past but went off track and it came right back on! I am following a calorie controlled ketogenic diet and hope to achieve my goal in about 2 months! I'm into baking so I'm always looking for low carb alternatives! :)

I used to hate water but been drinking loads for over a year now. I found that I have no problem drinking plain water from a bottle, but I still struggle drinking it from a glass - can't explain why but this is how it works for me I guess!
