For 5 miles or less I do not drink water, but on really humid days for some reason I feel more parched then others. I do own a handheld water bottle that I use on long runs but my preference is run a 5 mile lap, drink water and do another 5 mile lap. This similar to my water bottle.…

My first post!!!! I agree with you 100%. I go to the gym so, I feel your pain. This is not an option for me, but my friend moved her treadmill facing the window. She said it helped her to be able to look outside. Might be worth trying it.
