I'm new too. just started using fitness pal 2 days ago. My brother in law has had great success with the use of myfitnesspalapp and 1 hour of cardio/day. He lost over 100 lbs. My goal is to drop 50 lbs., drop my BMI , cholesterol and get a new wardrobe. I'm using Zumba, Hip Hop Abs and tracking calories.
