7 last week , but it was my first week on mfp. Just shows bow well it works to be accountable for everything I put in my mouth. And j upped my exercise .now I am doing something active every day. But I am only expecting 3lbs this next week (I know still good) .I have at least 50 more to go

I do indoor rock climbing at least once a week and according to map it's almost 600 in only 30m I think it might be a little high but I know it's a crazy good work out. Same with hiking ( I hike with a 30lb pack ,my two year old) and is a good outdoor workout

I do the same .but I make it with water then a tiny bit of heavy cream . Not quite the same but still tasty but so much better for you and much cheaper

I've been wondering the same thing , what to count and what not to. I work at a vet hospital and sometimes end up walking dogs for about 3 hours. I only count about half to account for the slow older ones . But most of the time it is young hyper dogs that need. Faster pace
