Mine (I'm a veggie): Bagel Thin (Everything or Whole Wheat) - toasted 2 slices of Tofurkey Sauerkraut Dijon Mustard Guacamole Sounds gross probably but it is oh, so good.

Haha! I'm Lutheran, too...I still give something up for "Lent" every year, though. Last year it was alcohol...this year I'm keeping the alcohol and ditching the scale. Seems much more sensible. :drinker:

This seems really fun....I'm in another group where I'm required to weigh in every week...this seems more rewarding, though. And no, I'm not Catholic either. I gave up alcohol for Lent last year....this year I'll be on my honeymoon during Lent and no wine hardly seems possible. :wink:

Thanks for posting the podcasts. I HATE to run and typically "run" on the elliptical instead. I think the music AND not really having to watch the clock will really help get me motivated!
