I'm glad your working on getting on track, I think the first few weeks may be the hardest but if you make it to where its easy to stick to, you should have great success! I pray you reach your goals! I myself am working on getting my high cholesterol down to a healthy level. Good luck!

If you are not one to go to the classes the DVDs are great, I did them and love it! if you can stick to 'em they will work for anyone! I got my aunts hooked on the work out dvds as well and they love it. Highly recommended by me anyways lol.
