No, I didn't eat back my exercise calories cause they seemed a bit overestimated to me! Yes, not quitting matters the most. Thank you!

I have had type 2 diabetes for almost 5 years now; I'm 22. Calorie counting and a active lifestyle have worked for me. I'm obviously on meds, they help regulate the sugar level. I'm certainly no expert, but with meds and mfp and determination, I'm confident that you'll see the results you want to. All the best and hang in…

Yes, it is set at 2lbs/week.

No, the steps are not from workouts; I like walking and take those steps doing everyday stuff like walking to my destination. I have upped the calories to 1350 for now, will change it if I feel hungry again. Thank you for the advice!

Yes, I am set to sedentary; I get around 700-800, according to the mfp database, but that seems hugely overestimated to me, so I don't eat those back.

Amazing, amazing work. My question: how did you manage to lose 270-275 lbs in less than a year?! What did you eat and how often did you exercise? I find that high impact cardio hurts me sometimes, even though I'm just 22!! What type of cardio did you do? Good luck on the surgery, and wish you a speedy recovery!

I use them rarely; in fact I use only the spoons to measure out oil, or stuff like that! All solid and semi solid food is measured on the food scale. Thanks for the heads up.

hello everybody.. I'm not exactly new and was an active member at mfp 2 years ago. But, after that college became too busy and i just kind of lost focus on the fitness thing.
