They say 1-2 pounds a week is realistic. That doesn't seem like much until you put it on paper. Twenty pounds in 10 weeks is doable but the closer you are to your ideal weight I think the harder it will be. Don't trust me on that though- it's been 20+ years since I have been at my ideal weight though. I too need a goal…
