I agree with everyone else on suggesting smoothies, My favorite morning smoothie recipe: 1.5 frozen bananas, 1 cup almond milk, 1 scoop organic raw protein powder, 1 tbsp carob powder, pinch of salt and vanilla. Blend for a creamy delicious treat and great way to start the day.

I always run early mornings on trails which can sometimes be intimidating but I hardly ever see anyone out there. Cell phones don't work, but I run with my dog everyday. She is not super intimidating (she's a lab) but she's 85 lbs and she has a very mean bark. She is very attentive to her surroundings so I hope her bark…
