you may only burn 230 in the hr, BUT your metabolisum rate will stay high and you will burn more calories all day. But remember to eat the calories you burn, DON"T lose to fast or it won't stay off.

If you eat the calories you figured for your weekly weight loss goal. Then if you exercise you would in fact burn more calories and lose more weight. BUT if to much weight is lost to fast ,your body may think it is starving and start to burn less calories and then slow the loss process and or stop losing. Remember exercise…

I am 55.... and gained 25 pounds in 5 years... I need to change , no more excuses, Its not my thyroid,stress ,etc. i already see that the first two days of tracking what i ate, those one or two bytes the grand kids treets they did not finish , i don't need to finish for them!:grumble:
