I think about it all the time. I can't even really imagine it. I watch the Biggest Loser, and they always look soooooo different. I just know that I will be happier and healthier, however I look.

That is my main alternative too. I substitute my bacon and sausage for turkey sausage. I also have stopped eating egg yolk. I think I drink more water now, than I have ever drank in my life.

Tuesday QOTD: My new favorite healthy food is fresh spinach. I love it sauteed with a little olive oil and sundried tomatoes...yummmmm. Wednesday QOTD: I try not to let the scale get me down. The six week body make over. It did work, but I was starving the whole time. They give you an eating plan, but it only works if you stick strictly to the plan, so no "cheating." My body type wasn't allowed breads. It was so monotonous and boring.
