My motivation started out as my wedding and then it just turned into me wanting to do this for myself bc u it makes me feel good and I can wear smaller clothes. I gain a little more confidence and self esteem each day.

Anything that made me jittery was horrible, but I continued to try pills any way.

My worst purchase...I have made so many...recently though was a wig. It is so ugly. I got it online and it looks horrible on me.

I can't live without my scales and hrm. I got mine from Walmart for about 50 bucks. It has a chest strap and it is my lifeline next to MFP.. The brand I have is called proform.

Today was L1 D9 and my bum hurts. I have worked up to Natalie's level on most of the exercises, but I struggle with the side lunge arm raise situation.

My favorite workout is working out with my trainer but since I am saVing for my wedding, I haven't gotten more sessions. So right now my go to work out is Jillian's 30 Day Shred. I just feel so accomplished when I do it. It was hard at first, but now I do it cause it makes me feel good.

So I have consistently done 30 DS and I am on Day 5, as of yesterday. Are you all doing it on the weekend too, or just week days. I planned on doing it everyday for 30 days straight, but I want to know for purposes of this challenge how y'all are doing it.

My weight has not ever really stopped me from achieving anything, but it has prevented me from doing a lot of fun things like sky diving and zip lining. If you are losing inches and getting toned, I would continue doing what you are doing. One thing I have learned these past 4 months is that the scale isn't everything. Yeah I want to weigh a lot less, but wearing a smaller size is so much better than the number on the scale.

Yes. I was having knee pain, and I don't anymore. I also don't get winded just from doing normal moving around. I can move quicker and I don't tire so easily. Loving healthy!
