A small net loss this last month, but I'm posting, just the same.

(I know I'm not smiling, but that's just for consistency. Don't think I'm not happy! I don't want to change that now, and have early pictures where I look miserable, and later pictures where I look happier. When I reach my goal, I'll be sure to take the usual pictures, and add in some very happy ones!)

I was a size 24 jeans, 2x/3x shirt in the before, and I'm wearing size 14 jeans (with a belt, or they fall!), and size medium shirts now. :happy:

    You look great! What an awesome job! I love the timeline pictures....think I might do that, since I am only 1 week or so in. I love love love to see the transformation!

    Great job! What is your diet? I'm down 55 since last May (2010) and I workout like crazy. Kind of at a plateau....started at 239....

    Thanks for the inspiration! Can you tell me what "low carbs" really means? Does it mean no carbs? I'm doing good on calories but I just simply like potatoes....besides other.
