It? Your Menu. No matter how many times you tweak it what 1 item will never be omitted? Do you keep it for its healthy benefits or is it just a favorite?

On my menu its grapefruit. I loved it as a child and hadn't had it since until I saw a review on it regarding its weight loss benefits. It also has cancer fighting properties and has been shown to help lower triglycerides.

Yogurt and Mini Babybel Light Cheese. I hated yogurt my whole life, but after a surgery I was told I needed to rebuild my "good bacteria". When I asked how she said yogurt. I told her I didn't like it and she said to suck it up and eat it. (Can you tell she has been my doctor for a while) Anyway I started with the whipped super fruity types and have now worked my way to the vanilla's and light regular. I don't go a day with out yogurt now. And since I don't care for milk, it's how I get my calcium.
And might I say Desirai, based on your photos and ticker, you have done an absolutely amazing job; you look great!0 -

Even if I'm craving pizza or cake, a couple pieces of toast are like heaven. Usually my craving for the pizza or cake goes away, (for awhile). It's such a comfort food for me; I curl up and nibble it slowly and make yummy noises. My husband laughs.:blushing:0 -

But prob tea or coffee. Or chocolate - not every day, but I'd sure struggle without it. Or wine!!0 -
