In our class last week, they said to expect it to go crazy. Estrogen is stored in fat, so we will be releasing a LOT of it as we lose. She also said to expect crazy emotions. :noway: Fun times!!

Thanks for the welcome! It has been a long 6 months! I have not lost this much weight in years. My doctor has me doing 1 small thing each month to adapt. I can eat on a smaller plate, no big deal. (In fact, I am sometimes amazed at how little I eat now (serving size) and still feel full. I am embracing a 30g of carbs/day…
