I think you might have misread. I do eat actual food. Actual food is the only thing I track though. I don't track my fruits and veggies. I haven't totally been logging too, by the way. (Which I think I mentioned earlier) so disregard my low calorie count

Omg if you've been logging everything you eat you're eating way under! One day is only logged as not even 500. If that's the case, EAT. Maybe even a hearty sandwich! If you just haven't been logging and eating a proper amount then munch on veggies or popcorn or gum

both have almost the same proportion of glucose and sucrose. It's just that fruits come with fiber, antioxidants, etc...but the sugars in fruit and candy are the same.

Right?! I have this bread, 90 calories per 40g but each slice is always 55-60! If I'm eating a sandwich, that's twice the inaccuracies! So now I weigh everything too. Packaged or not :)

I have a membership at both LA fitness and Health Trax, and i LOVE LA fitness. I just have health trax as well because I work far from home, and while LA fitness is close to home, health trax is close to work, so I never have an excuse to not go. I've never tried the classes. Which ones are effective?!
