  • p.s. Just the 1st two are necessary. And a cream called adrenacalm when your adrenals are to revved up. Anyway hope all is well

  • Hey Sharper I know it's been 2 years. But I would look into a supp called ADHS by Biotics. And also there Multi by them as well. If things are really bad add a supp called drenamin(1 a day) by standard process.
