Hi I have been having troubles my self I lost 45 pounds and in February I started struggling I would loss weight then gain loss and gain. I haven't stopped exercising it's the eating that gets my you can out exercise a bad diet. Im nOw starting to get back on track. So let's do this together

The times my scale wasn't moving I measured my self and had my fat percentage taken I was down a few on my percentage and inches down on my measurements . I felt good knowing I was still losing fat. Don't let the scale discourage you. You got this.

I have the same problem I can't stay away for. Carbs they are in each my meals. And dominos is my weakness too lol. We are having a dirty dash here in June and September pretty excited about . Hope you can complete your 10 K I wouldn't even try and tempted it right now maybe next . Good luck

My highest weight was 220 I lost 45 pound with in that time I was massaged and it's going to sound a little weird but I also shuck and kinda like smacked my belly arms and legs. My belly use to touch my legs after. Had my daughter it was really bad. I had another baby and gained all my weight back I am not currently at.…

Don't let everything you've worked for go down the drain. You are there 10 more pound it is hard I have days I don't even want to get up and work out but I do it any ways don't allow your self yo listen to the I'm tired I don't feel like it, let that be your motivation when you want to give up push harder. Push thru it.

Make your food the night before. And drink 16 ounces of waster before every meal it really helps me not over eat. It is hard but the control is in your hands. You got this don't give up.

I'm sure it's water weight I went to the gym the day after being 210 and was 208 after I was done working out. I am not 204 just a couple days later. You got this don't put your self down. Your stronger then that positive thinking.

This is where start admitting you have a problem, it might be a good idea to have a cheat day one day out of the week or every other week, that way you have something to reward your self with. My biggest inspiration has been Chris Powell he does the extreme weight loss he keeps me going.... YouTube him..... You can do this…

Try working on you stomach muscle a little more muscle burns fat... I've had a problem with mine but Iv been building my core it's not flat but it's not like it use too. Look up some stomach work outs see if it will help :)
