Egg whites omlete in the morning with veggies of oyur choice. Turkey roll up with spicy mustard for mid morning snack. Lunch have a salad with plenty of veggies and a light dressing. Mid afternoon snack sugar free jello and dinner you can do meat and veggies. Easy on the portion sizes, but you will loose at least 5 pounds…
