I am 5'3" and eating about 1500 per day. I have been logging 65 days and I have lost 16 pounds so I would not call that slow! It can be done it will just vary for you in how fast. I also do not exercise regularly so if you add that in you can eat more!

Thank you. This was very helpful. I am sure it will annoy my husband that I have to weigh his meals, but this will make me feel better about how much I am getting instead of 1/4 of the pot or whatever. I am just getting my first food scale anyway so I will make good habits!

I only have 5 tattoos so far, but I work in an office that doesn't like them. I still plan to get more and have a large shoulder piece planned as a college graduation present to myself! It is funny, I am a church music director too and they care less about my tattoos than my office does!

Just DO NOT microwave it! My hubby thought he melt it down and put it on fruit for the kiddos for a snack....uhm, Epic Fail! (It does say right on the jar not to microwave it, but he didn't read that until after it had turned into a mess of powder and ruined the whole jar!)

Right now I have a class on my lunch break so I have to eat at my desk. I eat lean cuisine pretty much daily. I LOVE their mushroom ravioli, red pastas and pizzas. I know I won't eat them forever, but with 2 jobs, 2 kids, school, no lunch break, etc. This is one way I can stay on track for now.
