I eat a lot of fruit anyway, but my husband bought me these 90 calorie fiber one brownies and they are pretty good! At the end of the day when I need something sweet, I usually have room for 90 calories and the brownie really hits the spot. Have a little to avoid a binge when you eat everything but and still want it!

This was me! People always said I carried my weight well or that I didn't look like I weighed that much. I had to realize, I do weigh that much and it is only getting worse. Even if I carry my weight well, it isn't a healthy one. Maybe then I can carry less weight even better ;)

I have only been on MFP for 3 weeks this time around and my limit is about 1300 calories. I usually eat between 1100-1200, but I do have days I go over. I think 1) I eat yogurt with high protein in the morning and 2) I drink a ton of water! I have 8 cups of water by mid afternoon and I think it keeps me full! I also eat…
