NSV still no soda , and I made upbto 20 mins of low impact aerobics. Yes . 1 month ago. I could walk but no far with out pain ! 2 weks ago I did 10 mins last week 15 now I'm on 20 .. Pretty dang happy

I tend to go with 10 lb goals , and because I like to help people I will by 10 pounds of food and give it to the local food bank . 4 more to go for the first 10

This has not been so great . the doctor put me on diabetes meds .. Stressed myself out worrying about aide effects , food in take under calorie goal buts fats higher than I like . salad for dinner !!

Today I was good ! Yogurt and coffee for breakfast, celery with peanut butter ,mixed berries , and 1oz of cheese for lunch with a bottle of water . dinner was homemade Philly cheese steak wirblots of peppers and onions , steamed asparagus, and roasted mushrooms , and 2 small Clementine's .. Yummy still have 800 calories…

Feel good about my food today! Nuts ,berries , homemade chicken quesidilla, lemon water , so far so good evening meal will be leftovers and veggies with a glass of teas sweetened with truvia!

I suffer from it .I have for 3 years . have you been to Ear Nose Throat doctor. You may have minnears disease . I can deal with pain but vertigo kicks my butt. I have inflammation from a auto immune disease and it inmy jaw . that cause all kinds of trouble with my left ear . Never thought about my weight causing it
