I am also new to this group. But I am 56 yrs old and raising 3 teenage grandson , they love to eat and eat alot !! My husband has not been very supportive and is always saying negative things to me . But I will not let that stop me !!! I want to learn how to est right for a life time and take off weight doing it!!
