I am from a small town in SE Ohio and have lived in several places but now I am planted in Navarre, OH another small town north of where I grew up and south of where I lived for years.

I know what you mean. Even in 1% milk there are 12 grams of sugar. I just try to limit what I can and don't worry about what the "recommended amount" is. I think it's way to low for normal healthy eating.

I live outside of Navarre. 3 miles off of 77 at the Fohl Rd Exit at Lake Sherman Village.
