  • I work out first thing in the morning and I do it to a workout dvd, so I don't have time to wait 30-60 minutes. I eat a half a banana or some other fruit right before I workout and it works for me. I feel sick if I don't eat anything before.
  • They can be dangerous for your heart. Don't take them, just eat healthier and less. Diet pills can be very bad. They will mess with your whole sysem, it certain cases you may get addicted and when you stop, you gain the weight back. I suggest doing it the healthy way!

  • I love fish and it's really easy. I usually just pick one, put it in a pan with a little olive oil, garlic salt and bake it 10 min per side (for a thick piece) or 10-12 min for thin at about 380 degrees. do the same with some asparagus, carrots, squash, zuccini and make some rice. I do that a lot!!
  • I am guessing most people jumping rope will get tired after 10 minutes! That's a long time! I have a 2 year old and I watch her go all day, jumping, squatting, running, laying down and getting right back up, over and over. It's amazing what kids can do!!
