I like to try have a green tea but I don't always have any in and can't be too picky with being a student! I might have a cup of English tea too but drink water for rest of day, don't half wake me up that morning bru!! :)

I am aiming for making changes so that I am a healthier and happier person and i think the rest follows. Mind first then body for me at minute :)

Thanks guys! I am trying my best to follow a low fat (some good fats) no sugar cutting style diet. I am a student so have to change it round a tad due to money. Been eating plenty of chicken, fish, salad, veggies, small amount of olive oil and green tea. :) hopefully I can find some part time work to help buy more cutting…

It's all about persistence!!! I used to think like that but it doesn't work!!! EG - I'd start off, lose some good weight at first because my body was in shock then it would slow down and I'd think what is the point????
