Calories: no Exercise: yes Tracked: yes I'm out. Went o. Hike and ended up eating crappy stuff I'd packed for my fiancé and 7yo as we were still on the drive home very late at night and I was starving!! Maybe do better next month.

When you say watch iron, are you saying my iron intake is to high or too low? I take a Centrum Performance day which has 100% iron I it.

Thanks for all the advice. I forgot to say I use a Polar HRM to work out my exercise burns. I workout with my AHR at 85% (goes up into the 90s during hard bits). I maintain around 85% for the entire workout. Obviously this does not include hikes but I still wear my HRM to get a fairly accurate burn calculation. As per the…

Yes I weigh everything with digital scales, measure liquids with an accurate set of spoon measures and cup measures. I'm a scientist so I do everything in a scientific fashion lol.
