I'd say go to the farmers' market and get some fresh food. "healthy" foods from the supermarket tend to be expensive..fresh food is not. I spoke to another wine lover who went walking for wine...if she could walk off the calories then that evening she would have a glass. Seemed like a plan...love the idea of the smaller glass too.
