  • I am not sure if this is the place to ask this, but I thought I would try. I am at the 1200 calorie mark myself and when I track I can stay with my calorie goal with exercise added in. My concern is this: I am always over on my sugars and protein, but don't even come close to carb goal, as I really don't eat carbs often.…
