I hope its just water weight. I have no problem controlling added sugar. I don't add sugar to my tea and if I have coffee I use skim milk and honey. This all just makes my anxiety skyrocket. :c My family already has issues about my weight. I feel like they're going to make comments...

Thanks Everyone! I hope that not only will this help me recover from this fatigue, but also will give me some energy. I just hope this works and doesn't throw my weight loss for a loop. :P
