  • 1200 calories per day isn't sustainable for anyone who is taller than an oompa loompa, IMHO. It's really hard to get enough nutrition in 1200 calories not to end up deficient in something.
  • It depends on what I'm craving. If it's protein, I might have some peanut butter on a cracker or a string of cheese. If it's sweets, I might have some dried fruit or a hard candy. If it's carbs, then I try put some protein with it so that I don't get the "rebound munchies".
