  • I am 200 lbs. 5'6 and the site put me at 1500 calories a day and I burn about 340 a day. It went off of my age, height, goal weight, starting weight, weight goal per week, activity level, exercise goal per week. In the end my goals are: Goal weight 145, to loose 1.5 lbs. per week, light activity, exercise 5 time per week.…
